The software is formed on a grid patented by
Mediaibc to create, process as well as ratify the interview
structure. The grid is customized as per the requirements
of the end user and is geared to identify individuals who
are not only technically proficient but would also be an asset
that fits in well with the organizational culture.
The essential utility of the software is to
allow the Interviewer to gain as much information on the strengths
and opportunity areas of the candidate so as to pre-determine
the eligibility for a face to face interview.
The interview process is one of both excitement
as well as nervousness for the candidate and may therefore
not provide an environment conducive to a natural performance.
The Validator can overcome these shortcomings of the interview
