Role based hiring
Role based hiring is analysing the characteristics required in a candidate to execute the role as a natural part of their background and upbringing.

The role is defined by a set of questions, that look at job fit from various perspectives. Upto 10 questions are grouped to form a pack, to detail

1. General job fit
2. Background
3. Personality.
3. Industry knowledge
4. Post/role knowledge
5. Feedback ... etc

An interview is made up of packs. The user is prepared for the general topic up next. It usually requires about 15 min. of concentraion (not absolute)

In the Validator, a bad interview means you aborting or the company scrapping your interviews, some of these are planned, but the antecedents are known as type 1&2 errors by statisticians or society.

To avoid these errors, these interviews and reports are available in the chain of command, to minimise the inflow of wrong manpower or maximise the inflow of right manpower.

Once the questions have been selected, to form the interview. They are fed into the Recorder Software where weightage, ("positive or negative marking") is added.

The system is triggered when you receive an email with a rolecode from a company, which means you have been invited for an interview.

To attend interviews for companies under the hiring now catigory see www.role code.
